I've just received the WYS Blue Faced Leicester DK that I ordered a little over a week ago. I'm in Australia and was looking for this yarn especially. what fantastic customer service. After losing the tag from the wool that I was using, and only half way through my project with not enough wool to finish it. I contacted Kath at the shop. I sent a small to her in the post and promptly received an email telling me she had a match it was put on a special delivery, on the web site which was really easy to use thanks so much I will definitely be using you again.
